The new blog.

So I'm about to combine forces with the people of Brooklyn, NY at Shamdoogle, a science and arts blog.  So come join me there, expect lots of arts, crafting, scienceing and a little history on those subjects, as the resident historian I think we should start off with some clarifications and move on from there.
But anyways, that is the buisness end of my update.  Now for the pleasure end.  I have arrived at the holiday season in style.
Last night I watched Wall-E and Tron, both really freaked me out because of the smooth corners and technology dominated surroundings they were viewed in.  I kind of like the humanizing of technology, coders give up years of their life for some of the programs they develop, its kind of sweet to think of them as an extension of self.  Wall-E was just sweet because of how optimistic it was that people could be good if they could see good.  I don't think this is the case but I like to view a reality that makes it so.
Ok, back to exploration in a new neighborhood.
love,
Amanda
